BAD FAITH is a more...0 documentary that unveils the forces dividing our nation from within. The film identifies the bigoted and entirely non-Christian tenets of white supremacy as the origins of what is today called Christian Nationalism, an intentional misnomer created to suggest that the movement is rooted in religion rather than politics. BAD FAITH investigates the alarming rise of Christian Nationalism. The movement, once on the fringes of Christian conservative thought, has surged to the forefront of American politics, driven by the belief in establishing a theocratic rule that aligns with its interpretation of Christian values. The movement seeks to dismantle the federal government, defund public health and education, and roll back the civil and political rights of millions of Americans. Colorado Discover Ability's Ability Open Golf Scramble and Silent Auction fundraiser are back for a fun day on Adobe Creek National's greens. more...0 The event brings together golfers, adaptive athletes, sponsors, volunteers and supporters to raise funds for CDA's adaptive recreation programs, empowering people of all abilities to experience outdoor sports and adventure. Join us for the four-person team scramble golf tournament, with a twist added: additional challenges will make this round even more fun and exciting. Appearance by CMU Ladies Golf Team and regional adaptive golfers. There will be a $10,000 custom Legacy Cart golf cart for a hole-in-one, and a number of other prizes. Breakfast, coffee, and a full lunch will be available for participants. And after the round, stick around for the amazing collection of silent auction items available.. Rangelands Here and Around the World

Look out your window in Grand Junction, and the wide-open spaces you see are rangelands. These lands are biodiverse, provide habitat for wildlife and more...0 plants, livelihoods for people, and store carbon, but they are often overlooked and understudied. Come and learn more about your own backyard during a free night at the museum. EUREKA! will be the host of a special exhibit on rangelands here around the world. In addition, local rangeland ecologist Retta Bruegger, and rancher Janie VanWinkle (also, Executive Board member for the Ruth Powell Hutchins Water Center) will talk about their relationships to these lands. Leave with a deeper appreciation of the lands you love in the Grand Valley and beyond.
